D, spring and other elastic parts:
During use, the spring is one of the most vulnerable parts of the mold, and it usually shows fracture and deformation. The method adopted is replacement, but the specifications and models of the springs must be paid attention to during the replacement process. The specifications and models of the springs are determined by the three items of color, outer diameter and length, and they can only be replaced if all three items are the same;
E, punch, punch sleeve:
Most of the punches and punches used on the mold are standard parts. During the use of the mold, the punches are prone to break, bend and chip, and the punches are generally chipped. The damage of the punch and the sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the punch mainly include the size of the working part, the size of the mounting part, and the length.
F. Fastening parts:
Check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The approach taken is to find replacement parts of the same specifications;
G. Pressing and discharging parts:
Pressing parts such as blanking plate, urethane, etc., unloading parts such as unloading plate, pneumatic jacking device, etc. Check the assembly relationship of each part for damage during maintenance and repair the damaged part.
