The specifications and models of the springs are determined by the three items of color, outer diameter and length, and they can only be replaced if all three items are the same; E, punch, punch sleeve: Most of the punches and punches used on the mold are standard parts. During the use of the mold, the punches are prone to break, bend and chip, and the punches are generally chipped. The damage of the punch and the sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the punch mainly include the size of the working part, the size of the mounting part, and the length. F. Fastening parts: Check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged.
